I want to make a significant impact in the music industry as a Deaf person, despite dealing with hearing people's bull shit. I was born in 1993 in Meridian, Mississippi, where I discovered my passion for music at a young age. I started singing and composing songs as a form of self expression.
My family moved to New Orleans from Mississippi around 2006. In 2013, I started the music marketing agency Deaf Child in New Orleans, Louisiana, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry Studies and Business Administration from Loyola University (class of 2016). I also earned over 50 certifications in marketing and sales.
Today, I continue to collaborate with others as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and serve musicians, proving that anyone can succeed with a support system behind them. I want to show others that being Deaf is not a limitation but a unique perspective and eclectic culture.
