I use a balance of value based pricing (when you justify your cost by what goes into the offer), and market based pricing (when you justify your costs by what else is on the market). The costs of your marketing spend are not included in any pricing, except for PR packages, retainers, & demo including the price of syndication.

I only do consultations, copywriting, PR, and reports myself/with my own team. I also outsource for everything else to oversee the process on your behalf when needed.
Typical monthly retainers with a PR or Growth agency will range between $2,000-$5,000 on the low end. Fees can go all the way up to $20,000-$50,000+ per month depending on the scope of work and value provided. Consultants can charge around $3,000 to $15,000 for a complete business plan. For larger corporate projects, expect to see costs ranging $25,000 to $50,000+.
