Some points are applied automatically by the rewards system while other points will be applied manually. Please reach out if you have any questions about your points. Thank you for your understanding on any delays of your points being applied to your account.

Please join the contact list to get email updates about your rewards and site membership. Site members who join the contact list will get a link to the Discord server emailed to them.

You can find a link on your My Account page to access the Discord server when you are a site member.

Type "Live Check In" or "Event Check In" in the live chat, Discord server, or event group on site to make sure your points are applied to you when you attend lives and events (especially if you didn't already RSVP... or already RSVP'd here for one live stream, but want to make sure you get points for another). ​​

Additional rewards  may become available for select time periods, such as (but not limited or guaranteed to): 4/20, my birthday, and company anniversary. Make sure to put your birthday in your member profile to get your birthday points! Birthday points are supposed to be applied automatically. If it doesn't work please let me know to make sure you get your points.

After joining the loyalty program as a site member, please make sure your profile is Public to be added to a Portal Group, Forum, or other site activity. Private members cannot comment, post or react to site content. Change your public/privacy status after you have access to relevant material if you want.
